Minute Hand was founded by Marc Wallheimer and Richard van Bruchem.
Marc Wallheimer
After a career in law spanning over 35 years, during which besides practicing law. Marc was also involved in human resources at various levels (including management), he began studying behavior management and professional coaching.
Marc is educated in Organizational Behavior Management at the Aubrey Daniels Research Institute for Behavior Analysis, which forms part of the School for Business and Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He is a Certified OBM Practitioner with solutions for businesses in the services sector in which good time recording discipline is important for successful business operations but also contributes to reducing stress in the workplace. Marc has also completed a study program in Certified Professional Coaching.
Marc lives in Amsterdam, is married and has two adult children.
Richard van Bruchem
Richard has extensive experience in business in the Netherlands and internationally. He headed the financial departments of several leading law firms, a trust office and an international real estate fund. In all the positions he has held, ensuring efficient management of time recording by professionals was a key aspect of his duties.
In 2008 he set up a business assisting companies with financial management, fiscal compliance services and corporate housekeeping. Richard studied business economics and business administration and obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting and Controlling at Nyenrode Business University. He has also completed several postgraduate study programs at universities in the Netherlands and abroad, relating to strategy, management accounting and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Richard lives in ’s-Graveland, is married and has one adult son.
